Despite of dealing with huge amounts of papers, I came out with an idea to keep my desk paperless and save all my printouts, emails, works in pdf formats in my pc, then printing the documents on need only to submit for other departments. Also, to delete the documents which are no more needed and archive them in another place for future use. All this in one click only. I saved time in going through papers accumulated on desk and again arranging them.

Invented another solution to extract certain information from documents scanned in pdf format and using this information for saving the file. For example, if we have 1000 letters for 1000 employees all scanned in one pdf. Through my program, you will extract the file number from each letter and then saving this letter separately by file number of the employee.
